When you are playing and you want to write someone a ticket, many useful offences are missing and some of the default offences you can choose from are unnecessary. Also the fine charged and the amount of points added to one's license after issuing a ticket by default are highly inaccurate! This modification fixes that!
List of new, removed, and edited offences: Find the full list in the folder titled "List of Improvements". One example is if you give a ped a breathalyzer it can sometimes not give you a valid sample of breath, so I've conveniently added this as an offence!
