I'm receiving the following error message: "Ajour cannot be opened because the developer cannot be verified".

Just a comment, in the end, you provide a great summary of all the information. However, maybe next time consider a graphic with the addon's to the left and attributes on the top with an x or check to show if that particular addon manager provides xyz service.

I prefer X-Perl and Clique myself but this is a solid Addon that some love. This time tested Addon allows you to create named sets of Gear and then switch to them on the fly by Hotkey or Menu Option.

Threat Meters are more accurate if everyone uses the same one. Group Calendar. Adds a little set of buttons that glow when Party or Raid members are Debuffed.
The glows are color coded depending on the Debuff type and faded if your class does not have the skill to remove it. Clicking the colored button representative of a Debuffed Party or Raid member will remove the Negative Effect.
Improved Camera. Also provides better Wide Screen Field of View.
